We are working on JXplorer in the mean time. We try to prepare new release by the time Joomla 1.5 beta 2 released. We added file upload, favorite system, file/folder properties that create description, change view and icon. The administration interface AJAXed. Not any reload of the page. Everything is done withing one load.

Next step is commenting and rating system. We are building share point component. Here is some of the screenshots.

I'll tell you, I do not know who will use JCommerce, but I already know that satisfaction is guaranteed. I am moving on with AJAX and implementing Add and Edit buttons in the Tool bar. For the effect library we have chosen to use script.aculo.us. It is an absolutely amazing animation and drag and drop controller. The AJAX model is ready now with all cool animations and effects and work will goes much quicker.

I am getting more and more exited about the JCommerce component development.

We have started implementing AJAX technology in the JCommerce component.  I'll tell you, it is absolutely amazing. All publish, access and delete functions throughout the component are now AJAXed. Saves a lot of time, traffic and health .
