When we try to test using payment throug Papal we get a page from paypal saying:


The link you have used to enter the PayPal system is invalid. Please review the link and try again.


What am I doing wrong?

If you tested from localhost machine it is probably you will have trouble like this, if you don't I am afraid we will need in temporary access to your web for testing.

I have only tried from my normally working LIVE website.....

Please contact me via email (finnc@webhuset.dk) for further. I really don't know what to do... I am worried that more problems occur if we also try to use the system with i.e. credit card payments.... so I hope to hear from you soon.
Maybe I can create a temprary login for you at my Joomla Backend and give that login "Super administrator" rights? Is that what you need?

Okay, so you can see what I can see..... which is everything being setup correctly...

I have now tested and checked and the emailadress that I entered into the Paypal mambot at my joomla site IS the CORRECT one...

So now the concluison is.... you system does not work with Paypal?
Hmmm... so which part of my payment for buying your component have I then wasted??

I expect this issue to be investigated quite fast....

I got a support email today.

I'd put in 365 days for a subscription term rather than 1 year.
Apparently once you go over 7 days, you need to use the weeks or years setting.

Will test today and let you know.

Anything up to 90 days works. After that you need to phrase it in months or years.

If subscription is more than 7 days you need to count by weeks, if it is more than 4 weeks by month and so on.

I am sorry but we never ignore any letters, if you don't get any reply in two days this means your letter was not delivered, so it is better contact another way by IMs, phone forum or at least my personal email,

There was one user I can get letters from to offical email, and we commuticated by this email... I am apologize for this inconvenience.

Anyway you are right, it should be included in manual, and I did include this question in FAQs already.
