Hello Joomla Equipment:

I am getting phantom renewals with the Paypal payment module.

I have chosen as a option for no renewals, but clients are getting renewed anyway.  Is there a place in the database where I can check to see if something is checked that should not be on individual subscribers profiles, or is there a problem with my files somehow?

Any guidance would be appreciated.

What is this phantom renewals? This seems problem mostly with server not with files, please give us more details for best understanding.
