Hi guys, I have created some subscription plans in JContentSubscription and they were working fine for a couple of weeks, when suddenly the access to one of the components suddenly stopped completely - it seems that the restriction of access to one section of the site changed.

I've done some checking and the restriction of the EventList component has lost the Task and Value information. The actual task and value are "func" and "details", and I have tried to re-enter and save the name-value pair several times but it just doesn't save. It says it has saved but each time I go back into the subscription plan the values are no longer there - the input fields are empty. This means that instead of partial access to the EventList component, the section is being blocked completely.

Is there possibly a way for me to add the information directly to the MySQL database, perhaps, to at least get around this problem in the short term? This issue might be a bug, I'm not sure, but it's definitely a huge concern as potential subscribers to my site can't get to see the EventList component's front page, which is the list of events. Only when they click on an event are they meant to be asked to subscribe.

Can you please help me to solve this problem? It's rather urgent as I've recently placed advertising in many trade publications asking people to visit my site.

well you can try set it manually into database:
jos_jcs_plans
row:
params

try follow format for direct entry,
com_eventlist:func=details

Not sure what could be  problem in your case, but it is very like to some conflict.
What is your Joomla and JCS versions, as well if you make any custom in both?
