I have written you many times (as has a developer working on my site) to request assistance resolving installation problems with JUsers. When I install I simply get a white screen. Thinking that perhaps purchasing a newer version might remedy, I bought a more recent version. Same problem. I sent you an email twice. No response. I hired a developer to resolve (one of the top 10 ranked Joomlancers). He could not. Now I am out for the purchase of two copies of the program and the cost to pay developer even though he could not resolve problems. Please resolve instalation problems or refund the money I paid for two copies of JUsers. Thank you.
