Hi guys

I have recently bought the jsubscriptions, I need help . I created a new subscription set it for two days to be active... when when a user pays for a subscription and then comes back to the site. when they click on my subscriptions to see subscriptions they have paid for. it's always non active which means I have physically go in and activate the subscriptions. This does not seem correct... if a user has paid via paypal then returns shouldn't it automatically be enabled so they can read the article...  please help

You should check the PayPal IPN settings. To automatically activate subscription IPN (instant payment notification) should be on (activated).

You did it right. Now just check if your paypal mambot is correctly set. You should have the instruction or you can find it on paypal site. If everything is fine then subscriptions will be activated automatically.

Ok i have read this doc over and over. I have done everything I'm aware of. I have a business account with paypal. when people pay I get the payment in my account (however I sometimes have to approve the money paid in paypal) once they pay the get redirected back the home page with index.php at end of url. Question do you need to use your primary email for paypal because I am using my login email in th mambot and this I still get the payment.  The problem is that when user pay and come back they subcribtion is not active why?   i have paid for this component and so far it is not working ?

I need help with this or a refund because it does not work ?  i am using joomla 1.13 with the latest download of jsubscriptions

sorry what is the send box ?  it seems to be working now once i increase the days to more than 2 days
I will keep an eye out to make sure it works consistent.
