I have implemented control to Wrapper Ids on the site www.stonehouseheritage.co.uk

However, for some reason, you need to be registered to access the Subscription page. This means no one can get registered.

I have a link to the subscription page from a static page using the link http://www.stonehouseheritage.co.uk/index.php?option=com_jcs&task=add

There is not a menu link to the subscription page. It is accessed simply from the Subscriptions static page

How do I remove access control to the subscriptions page and allow visitors to register?

It seems you create some subscription plan for com_registration. The next thing I can't see register link nowhere at your site. Using

?option=com_registration&task=register

said that I am not authorized for this.
In addition I'd like offer you update your component to v. 1.5.7 This realize allows you show subscriptions list to anyone.

There is no subscription plan for com_registration.
The only Plan active is Wrapper with Itemid set with a range of values.

The register link is on the Subscriptions page which can be accessed from the Top Menu.

From this page the subscription links to
www.stonehouseheritage.co.uk/index.php?option=com_jcs&task=add

This tells me I need to be registered to submit a registration (!!)

If I try to access
www.stonehouseheritage.co.uk/index.php?option=com_jcs&task=regsiter
This also tells me I need to be registered.

Both these require a login and I dont know why.

Can you advise?

I've also posted questions regarding upgrade to 1.5.7 as there is no supporting documentation to describe how to upgrade.

Any update on this yet as its getting critical?

Hello,

First for updating just reinstall component, no data will lost.

Second, I am not sure why this happened with registration you need check the 'Allow user registration' was checked yes in the global joomla configuration, it is rather that this happened because this issue.
If it don't have any influence probably I will need check it, would you please provide me with temporary access to superadmin part of your site in this case.
