Hi!

I want to use Juser for registration to my web site and Community Builder for my member profiles.

However when a new registration made by means of JUser, youy should approve and confirm the use user from the backend by hand. I want to automize this process. Found a solution and need your aid.

I am considering to set "approved" and "confirmed" fields of #__comprofiler table to "true" while registration process of Juser. How can I realize this.

You should meant the Community Builder component talking that user should be approved and confirmed?
Probably there is something in CB configuration that make your needs fulfill... like no admin aproval required. If there is not very probably custom querry should be added into Juser registration page, the files /components/com_juser/juser.php and juser.html.php

community builder approval mechanism doest not function if you do not register with the community builder registration form.

Would you please share the lines where we can add custom query. There would be alternative lines.

I think your integration component should also deal with this issu anyway. It is the most curicial aspect. Otherwise an integration is meanless.

I do assume this should be file /components/com_juser/juser.php and juser.html.php, lines you need add should be somewhere here.

About aproval in CB and integration, we will check it for sure. But still it would be better use either JUser either CB for frontend user registrations and management. It is not good practice use two registration components from frontend and in most cases it could be used only one.
