I have a problem with the system JContnetSubscriptions component. When customers choose to pay with credit cards they are getting the congratulations page but it is not automatically giving them access to the subscriptions for which they've paid. I am having to manually publish the subscriptions for them?  How do I get this to be automatic after payment?

Yes it should be automatic.

What JCS version are you using?
What payment system plugin?

For PayPal be sure use IPN method in PP account and as well PP JCS mambot. Also some configurations instructions are placed into JCS FAQ section.
The other possible way not activate payments with CC could be the type of CC, some of them could not be activated automatically as PP not sends confiration to JCS component. This is usually happens with CC that required additional checks from PP.

I'm also having the same problem. On my test site I was able to submit offline payments and see the subscription on the backend. Then I transferred everything over to the live site and now it stopped working. When a user subscribes whether it be offline, PayPal, or 2CO the subscription does not activate and I have the manually add the user.

Please help. I can't be at the computer all day and night.

I too am having issues also -

My problem seems to be with my three day trial - people sign up for my three day trial, and then decide right away they want a paid subscription, they can not log in with two subscription accounts.  
If I delete the free subscription they can then log in, but by then they are already miffed at not being able to log in, even though they could log in before with their 3 day trial....

Any suggestions???

There should be problem with the configuration, please try check carefully FAQ section about how plugins should be configurated to work correctly. As well be sure you PP and 2CO accounts are allowed to accept real payments.

There should not be problem with login member with two subscriptions no matter tial or whatever. Please be sure you have latest version of component and the mambots.

Do you happen to know why it does not automatically update the subscriptions? I have gone through all of the files and I can't seem to find the problem. Payment processing for 2CO is working fine. The only problem is that when a user pays for their subscription nothing happens. I have to manually add the subscription.

Everything WAS working fine. On the same server I moved the site from one location to another. Then everything stopped working.

Please help!

This is very like to some configuration fault, please be sure check everyting including core Joomla configuration was corrected accordingly new server.
